Times Public School, Udgir Founded
Mrs. Mangala Vijaykumar Kappikere and Mr. Vijaykumar Kappikere founded Times Public School, Udgir, Maharashtra under the St. Johns Education Society — starting with just two students. The school gradually grew to earn A+ recognition in Maharashtra.
Birth of a Technology Vision
Experiencing firsthand the administrative challenges of managing a school — from transfer certificates to documentation — Mrs. Mangala began collaborating with software engineers to develop technology solutions that could simplify institutional operations.
Moved to Pune — Offline ERP Built
Operations moved to Pune's technology ecosystem. A dedicated team began building a standalone ERP system capable of functioning efficiently even without internet connectivity — addressing the needs of institutions in smaller towns across India.
Evolved to Cloud-Based ERP
As digital infrastructure improved across India, the platform was transformed into a web-based, cloud-hosted ERP solution — enabling enhanced scalability, security, and real-time access for institutions nationwide.

Officially incorporated as Dolittle Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, certified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India — a landmark milestone in the company's journey.

DLT expanded beyond education ERP to include hardware consulting, IT services, and customized technology solutions — evolving into a comprehensive IT services and technology consulting company trusted by 500+ institutions across India.

The story of Dolittle Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (DLT) is built on a powerful vision — to simplify systems, empower institutions, and create technology that truly makes a meaningful difference in the lives of educators, students, and parents.
Our journey began in 1997 in Udgir, Maharashtra, when Mrs. Mangala Vijaykumar Kappikere and Mr. Vijaykumar Kappikere founded Times Public School under the St. Johns Education Society. What started as a small educational initiative with just two students gradually grew into a respected institution recognized for its commitment to academic excellence and ethical values.
While managing the school, Mrs. Mangala encountered several administrative challenges — from issuing accurate transfer certificates and maintaining leave records to managing large volumes of documentation. She realized that traditional manual processes often led to human errors and inefficiencies. This insight inspired her to envision a more systematic, automated approach to educational administration.
In 2014, with a forward-thinking mindset, Mrs. Mangala collaborated with software engineers to begin developing technology solutions that could simplify institutional operations. By 2017, the initiative evolved into a startup in Pune where a dedicated team built a standalone ERP system. On 10 June 2020, the organization was officially incorporated as Dolittle Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad.
