These Terms govern how educational institutions access, subscribe to, and operate Raising Momentum AI — the AI-powered platform built and owned by Do Little Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Using the platform means agreeing to them.
Introduction
Welcome to Raising Momentum AI (RM ERP AI), an AI-powered education management platform developed, owned, and operated by Do Little Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to, use of, subscription to, and operation of RM ERP AI — including all software, websites, mobile apps, APIs, portals, modules, services, reports, dashboards, AI-powered tools, communication services, and integrations.
By accessing, registering, subscribing to, or using RM ERP AI, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Eligibility
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorised to use the platform.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
- If acting for an institution, you have authority to bind that institution.
- All information submitted at registration is accurate and complete.
User account responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Preventing unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring data you enter is lawful and accurate.
- Reporting any suspected security incident promptly.
The Company is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by user negligence.
Subscription & service plans
RM ERP AI may be offered as annual subscriptions, multi-year contracts, institutional licensing, white-label licensing, enterprise agreements, or custom deployment models. Available features depend on the package you subscribe to.
Additional modules, storage, integrations, training, customisation, migration, or consulting services may carry separate charges.
Intellectual property rights
All rights, title, and interest in RM ERP AI are owned exclusively by Do Little Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This includes — without limitation — the software code, database architecture, user interfaces, AI models and workflows, graphics, logos, trademarks, reports, dashboards, training materials, documentation, and business processes.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to the user.
Trademark protection
The following are proprietary trademarks, trade names, or brand assets of Do Little Technologies Pvt. Ltd.: Raising Momentum AI, RM ERP AI, Do Little Technologies, and all related logos, taglines, visual identities, product names, and branding.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, imitation, modification, registration, or commercial exploitation of these assets is strictly prohibited.
License grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use RM ERP AI solely for authorised institutional operations.
You may not
- Reverse engineer the software.
- Decompile source code.
- Replicate platform features.
- Create derivative products.
- Resell access without written approval.
- Share licenses across unauthorised entities.
AI features & automated recommendations
RM ERP AI may provide AI-generated insights, predictive analytics, recommendations, automated communication drafts, academic performance analysis, and administrative assistance.
AI-generated outputs are meant to assist decision-making — they are not professional, legal, financial, educational, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for every decision taken based on AI-generated content.
Data ownership
Institutional data uploaded into RM ERP AI remains the property of the respective institution. The Company does not claim ownership of student records, staff information, academic records, financial records, or uploaded documents.
Your data stays yours. The Company processes institutional data only to deliver the services you have subscribed to.
Data security
The Company applies commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect customer information, which may include:

- Access controls

- Audit logs
- Backup mechanisms
- Monitoring systems
While reasonable efforts are made, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Privacy compliance
Your use of RM ERP AI is also governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, Data Privacy Commitment, Cookie Policy, and Information Security Procedures. These policies form an integral part of these Terms.
Acceptable use policy
When using RM ERP AI, you must not:
- Upload malicious code.
- Attempt unauthorised access.
- Conduct cyber-attacks.
- Disrupt system operations.
- Share unlawful content.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Use the platform for fraud.
- Misrepresent institutional information.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of services.
Educational content responsibility
Institutions remain solely responsible for their academic content, examination materials, question banks, certificates, announcements, and student communications. The Company acts solely as a technology service provider.
Third-party integrations
RM ERP AI may integrate with payment gateways, SMS providers, email providers, biometric systems, government portals, learning platforms, and cloud storage providers. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, or the actions of these third-party providers.
Payment terms
All subscription fees are payable in advance, are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and must be paid according to the agreed invoice schedule.
Late payments may result in service restrictions, temporary suspension, or delayed support.
Refund policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscription fees, setup charges, custom development charges, and training and consulting fees are non-refundable. Any exception is at the sole discretion of the Company.
Service availability
The Company aims to maintain high availability, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system upgrades, internet disruptions, cybersecurity incidents, or force majeure events. Reasonable efforts will be made to minimise downtime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Do Little Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, revenue loss, reputational loss, business interruption, or losses resulting from third-party actions.
The Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer during the preceding twelve (12) months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Do Little Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims arising from misuse of the platform, violation of laws, breach of these Terms, or unauthorised content you upload.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the business relationship. Such information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, payments remain overdue, security risks are identified, or fraudulent activity is detected. On termination, access rights may be revoked immediately.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet or power failures, cyber warfare, epidemics, and civil unrest.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Modifications to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect upon publication on official platforms, and continued use of RM ERP AI after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
